Currently we are unable to install a lift at the premises and disabled access is limited. The Conservatory Venue is at the top of a spiral staircase. We have disabled toilets on the ground floor and a designated parking space directly outside the double doors from the courtyard.

Smoking is strictly limited to the terrace, no smoking is allowed anywhere within The Conservatory Venue or in the Ransome’s Dock courtyard.

120 for a drinks and canape style reception
60 for a seated dinner

We have public liability insurance but you must ensure that your appointed suppliers have their own insurances and safe methods of working practice.

Unfortunately it is not refundable.

We will invoice you after your event. VAT is not applicable.

We prefer that the premises are cleared however in certain circumstances we can store property entirely at the owners risk.

We will liaise with suppliers regarding collections of equipment.

You can play background music but we are not a dance venue. Ransome’s Dock is a residential area and we respect our neighbours.
