JUNE 2010 - THE CONSERVATORY VENUE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR PRIVATE HIRE. 

 

GALLERY SPACE

 For drinks receptions we charge an hourly rate for the time your guests are present and this varies according to the day of the week.

For dinner / buffet / lunch* we charge a flat fee for the room hire.

Corporate entertaining by separate arrangement.

Leisure/educational classes by separate arrangement.

Photographic shoots by separate arrangement.

Childrens parties: we charge a flat fee for 2.5 hour periods. 

Gallery space on the ground floor by separate arrangement.

 

* In the event of an evening booking caterers must be cleared by 5.30pm.



Additional fees

Cloakroom and reception duties  £15 per hour (minimum 3 hours).

Cleaning after event £30 flat fee subject to terms and conditions.

Security staff by separate arrangement.

Bottle recycling if required £50 minimum.

Corkage is not charged. VAT is not applicable to any of the above.

A non-refundable deposit of £350 (minimum booking fee) is due on confirmation of a booking. The final invoice is prepared after the event.

Cloakroom and reception duties are detailed when the final invoice is prepared.

We require a minimum of 6 weeks notification of a cancellation of any booking and under these circumstances we will refund 50% of the deposit.



Any provisional bookings will be held for a period of 7 days only. Deposit invoices must be paid within 7 days or the booking is automatically cancelled.  Any bookings that are cancelled by the hirer 30 days or under prior to agreed date will be invoiced for the full amount of the rental.
